When you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all fees in full. All amounts are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of your current billing period.

5.5 Refunds

We generally do not provide refunds for subscription payments. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that significantly impact your ability to access our Services.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

Our Services and content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, are the property of JaraInfo Hub or its content suppliers and are protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

Any content you upload, post, or display on or through our Services is your responsibility. You retain ownership of your content, but by uploading it, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit your content in connection with operating and providing our Services.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our Services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JaraInfo Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Services.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services.
  • Any content obtained from our Services.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for accessing our Services during the 12 months before the action giving rise to the liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JaraInfo Hub, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
  • Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Services or request account deletion through our platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nigeria.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using our Services.
